Bacon Spinach Quiche

Cook Time: 45-50 Min /Servings: 8 Slices

Ingredients

  • Pie Crust Dough – Homemade or store bought works
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1/2 Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion – Chopped
  • 6 Sliced of Bacon – Chopped
  • 1 Cup Spinach – Chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1-2 tsp adobo seasoning with pepper
  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic

Directions

1. Gently press the pie dough into a pie dish, making sure it fits evenly along the bottom and sides. Crimp the edges as desired and set aside.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon, onion, and garlic, and sauté until the bacon is cooked and the onions are softened. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and seasonings until fully combined.

4. Finely chop the spinach on a cutting board.

5. Place the prepared pie crust on a flat surface. Pour in the egg mixture, then add the cooked bacon mixture, chopped spinach, and half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Gently stir the filling inside the crust until evenly combined, being careful not to tear the dough.

6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.

7. Place the quiche in a 375°F oven and bake for about 35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

8. Remove from the oven and allow the quiche to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

9. Cut into slices and enjoy a simple and tasty breakfast!
